Our cutting machine is a one-piece compact-size construction requiring minimum area for mounting. Needs no additonal assembly or mounting work. Gets started in few minutes. Fit for exploitation in general industrial conditions.

Lasers
Our cutting machines have low exploitation cost due to our employment of sealed-off Synrad lasers.
This provides for a 0.1 mm focal spot and as a result up to 5 megawatts/cm2 density of focus emission power which is considerably higher than 1 megawatt/cm2 for mild and stainless steel evaporation.
Use
Mechanics
Drive along all the axes is due to ballscrew steams using “rotary nut” principle and 40 mm diameter fixed screw.
“Flying optics” together with rotary nut contributes to high dynamic parameters.
